Ordering and Shipping

GROUND MAIL: Shipping charges are $5.95 per order. Washington residents add 9.5% sales tax. You will receive your ordered items in 3 to 7 business days. All items are in stock unless otherwise noted. All orders are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER or a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. We will email you this information in a separate email. When delivery is confirmed through the UPS/USPS verification system, we are released from all liability. UPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ON-TIME DELIVERY OF RESIDENTIAL PACKAGES.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: For all shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii, USPS priority mail will be used and delivery charges are $9.95 for the 1st item + $2 for each additional item. When delivery is confirmed through the USPS verification system, we are released from all liability.

We are not responsible for any mishandling or delay of packages due to weather or any other unforseeable conditions.

Orders To All Other Countries: We do not ship internationally at this time.

REFUND POLICY:

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receiving the product. Returns must be UNOPENED and in ORIGINAL condition. Returned merchandise must be purchased from our online store. We do not accept merchandise which has been purchased elsewhere. You must notify us through e-mail in case of a return and we will respond back with a confirmation. We will refund the product price minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is Non-Refundable. All shipping charges on returns will be your responsibility. Please make sure you understand our policies and e-mail us if you have any questions.
